During a thunderstorm,
It the grass (or leaf) particles are still appearing during a thunderstorm.
The rain and wind both change to show that I am inside, so I think the game is detecting that I am inside of a structure.
It was hard to capture, but I have two screenshots that has the particles on the screen to show it happening.
After post edit: At least during this storm my game is in, going outside then back inside did not fix the issue.
