cant use my talent points

i have 7 of them but no talents are popping up

Try restoring your save from backup.

HOW TO RESTORE BACKUP
Go to:
• C:\Users\ %username%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles%your_Steam_ID%_Backups
• Select the latest backup (or any preferred one). Backups are named by date and time.
• Copy all contents from this folder (it should contain one folder + AccountDescription.json).
• Navigate to:
C:\Users\ %username%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles{your_Steam_ID}\RocksDB
• Paste the copied files there (replace existing files if prompted).

1. Open folder C:\Users\ YOUR USER NAME \AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles

There should be 2 folders there - one with random numbers and another one with the same numbers and "_backup"

Are they there?

for my user name. is it my steam name or name in the game

You should be able to see it in your start menu

I've seen two similar reports, one was related to modding, second one got fixed by restarting the game.

damn yeah idk.i deff restarted my game and i do not mod so i dont know what happened. its been like this since the start

i even deleted the game and steam and everything to and nothing

Copy this:
%Localappdata%\Local\R5\

open your disk C and paste it in the address field on top

Click on it so it becomes editable

oh and press Enter after you've pasted the %Localappdata%\Local\R5\

if it shows an error, then only paste %Localappdata% there and press enter
