Thanks for the report. Can you send fullscreen screenshots of your current inventory + character screen and your talent tree screen?
Try verifying game files through Steam.
Does this happen if you create a new character?
nope it works fine when i made a new character
and also - have you used ANY mods or even installed the mod manager app?
Try restoring your save from backup.
HOW TO RESTORE BACKUP
Go to:
• C:\Users\ %username%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles%your_Steam_ID%_Backups
• Select the latest backup (or any preferred one). Backups are named by date and time.
• Copy all contents from this folder (it should contain one folder + AccountDescription.json).
• Navigate to:
C:\Users\ %username%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles{your_Steam_ID}\RocksDB
• Paste the copied files there (replace existing files if prompted).
- Open folder C:\Users\ YOUR USER NAME \AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles
There should be 2 folders there - one with random numbers and another one with the same numbers and "_backup"

for my user name. is it my steam name or name in the game

I've seen two similar reports, one was related to modding, second one got fixed by restarting the game.
