Playing the game on the highest difficulty makes bosses borderline impossible, I have all my gear at maximum upgrade level for the foothills, however, killing hands is nothing more than pure luck.
His damage output is far too high and he also has some damage reduction thing that means he takes basically no damage as you get him closer to dead... sometimes when shooting my own gun, I get stuck in animation lock of reloading and it is not possible to run or dodge which is enough time for Hands to get close enough to me and kill me.
This is not a "I find this game to hard please make it easy"... as if I wanted it easy, I wouldn't play on hard but this is not a dark souls.
