What kind of world settings does this server allow? Does it have any loot modifiers or inventory settings for example?

It can with certain workarounds, but it isn't officially supported yet.
We have a lot of reports of different issues with hosting our dedicated server on a linux machine, not sure how your provider deals with them.
im downloading the saved folder, it exceed 60MB
i consume the food or shoot the gun, but the item count did not decrease.
We need your client logs and save. From your machine.

sir, do you have a method to transfer my world progression?
You should be able to find your world on your server here:
%localappdata%\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles\XXXXXXXXXnumbers\RocksDB\0.10.0\Worlds\
Each folder there is a world (there will be one if you only created one world on the server). You can move the whole folder to the same place on your PC and should be able to play it directly (solo-offline of host coop)
Or similarly move it to another server
