We have been experiencing terrible rubber banding/lag while sailing. Lag happens every 10-12 and lasts about a half second. Seems to be worse during naval combat. I played around with frame generation settings, and that did not seem to help. I also upgraded the RAM in our server to 2048mb, that also did not seem to help.
