I have been part of a group that has killed Richard’s twice on a private server.
First time I and 1 other player died and everyone but me completed the quest.
Second time I died but was able to kill him through the gate. I still did not complete the quest.
Last week though one of the players on our server did complete him and as he I I fast ported to the area collected loot from boxes but did not have the quest.
What can be done?

One of the other players who completed the quest had died. He managed to hug the gate and shoot TR through the gate. I was doing the same thing both times.

your best option is just to don't die, you might have to level up your gear.
