Zipped folder for KrakenBurger, Issue with game not loading into the main menu

Hey so I tried my best to follow what you said hopefully I did it right. I use a pretty high end PC I'm on a 4090 I believe, great SSD great CPU you name it. The game was very smooth for 45hrs in, but now I believe something may have gotten corrupted. If I play without cloud sync and delete the SaveProfile folder, it solves the issue however it asks me to create a new character and my old save + world is gone. I really hope I haven't lost it all I put way too much effort into it.

Please let me know if there's anything I should add to this. I really love the game I wanna be able to continue on my character again. @jade sedge

No luck, didn't work. It's still stuck on loading.

This is probably loading timeout. There were two backups in your save folder, none of them worked?

So I might travel at some point and play on my own PC rather at internet cafes, any possibility I can get my save from cloud sync and continue my progress hopefully without corrupted files?

your save is corrupted man, it happened with me too, and i've to level up all again, to solve it, you will need to save your profile folder in another place, delete your saveprofile folder and the Backup folder, and join the game, it will ask you to create another character, keep your save file until they release the another backup update

so there's a way to keep steam cloud up and not get corrupted file or during all this i need to off steam cloud? @proven temple

you will need to keep your steam cloud save off, because the game overyde the state of the folder every time you launch the game, and save every time you close the game, so, every time you start the game, it will corrupt your save
