Hotbar slot is a black hole for items

After my internet went down, my character could not pick any items from the ground or from tables, google suggested to unequip everything and sort the inventory to resolve the issue, resolved for the most of it, but the third slot of my hotbar just is a blackhole, cant put any items on it and if I hit transfer all, all items just disappear, this character only, I tried another character and the same doesnt happen.

Thanks for the report! Restore the automatic backup from before the issue.

I think because I tried solutions for a while, the game made a new backup, I deleted the the profile from the folder, steam download it from the cloud and it already had the issue.

Do you have any backups in your C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles folder?

I had, but one of the solutions suggested by google was delete that folder and download it from the steam cloud, which I did and that is now the save, I cant load up an older save.
