I constantly freeze when anyone, including myself, on the server fast travels to Tortuga. This only happens at that location and when at least 2 people are on. My sound is still going, but the screen completely freezes. Eventually a hang up warning will come up, but its behind the game so I can't even use that to close out. Alt+F4 won't work, can't tab out, the only way to close out is to completely shut down my computer.

Thanks for the report. Are you playing on a hosted server?
Yes, a Nitrado server
Try restarting the server and if it doesn't help - contact Nitrado support through their website or here:

I'm the only one on the server this happens to, since day 1 with daily restarts and a few manuals. Everyone else is still playing while I restart
Have you restarted the server since you've got the issue?
Yes, and it still happens to just me
Try restoring your character from a backup
HOW TO RESTORE BACKUP
Go to:
• C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles%your_Steam_ID%_Backups
• Select the latest backup (or any preferred one). Backups are named by date and time.
• Copy all contents from this folder (it should contain one folder + AccountDescription.json).
• Navigate to:
C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles{your_Steam_ID}\RocksDB
• Paste the copied files there (replace existing files if prompted).
So did that, waited til others got on and still freezes up. Now it's getting to where everyone is stuttering and freezing the more of the game that is explored and completed. Always happens when fast traveling via ship and always when someone else is online, has yet to happen during solo play on the server
Please archive and send here you client logs, save and server logs
