Hello,
Unless I am mistaken, it seems like the purple effect of the musket is applying to the blue one.
I only checked the ascended effect and I did not notice if the spread was changing when I was moving before I did this.
However, now I have noticed that moving does not cause the spread to increase on the Infantry Musket despite not being purple.
