Quest marker is gone for the Mystery of the expedition. Any fix?

Thanks for the report. This is supposed to be a quest without a marker, you need to figre out where to look from the jornal entries. I'll double check if it was changed, but most likely still intended this way.

My friend had quest marker for this quest and managed to finnish it while we were playing. It suddenly disappear for me.

Try looking in the remaining foothills uniqe locations (24/28)

Yeah, but which Journal Entries are they, exactly?
When coming back to a quest after some time there's no clear indication of what you should be reading, or that you should be reading the journal to find indications of where to go.
The Journal Entries don't have the same titles as the Quests themselves & there's no real context clues within either the Quest description or the Journal entries to clearly tie one to the other.

If you hit all the POIs as cubert said, you'll find them 😄 just a bit less hand holding on this one. The entire game is based around POIs that do show up on the map, and often have skeletons or dig spots that are required to complete the POI objective counter. Sometimes you find quest items that you have to add to your journal read in the curious tab then.

not just me, also others. Steam filecheck is successful
ok when i die i see me again... and players near me. but no q markers?!

I have more bad issue...
When I log in the server that is open by Steam-Windrose Dedicated Server.
Sometime we will lose the map mark even then the arrow for our player.
