With how I have this setup, Doctor wont spawn. I've tried multiple times and can't find him anywhere no matter how many times I try settling him at the bonfire. I did get him to show up by destroying the stone foundations and walls around him, but then I removed him to make a video (which I can't even post cause it's too big lol) and now even that doesn't work for some reason...
Update: After removing the foundations, I have to quit to main menu and go back into my game for it to summon him.

Thanks for the report! Right now NPCs need a free space near bonfire to spawn, but we'll look into it

The issue seems to be putting the bonfire in any kind of "hole" will keep doc from spawning. I did log off and back in, but still no Doc.
After putting it into the hole (where I want it) Doc doesn't spawn and interacting with the bonfire, I only have the option to "evict" Doc.
