Even though I have a full Privateer set AND epic Bonebreaker, it says I only have 10% Crit Hit chance.
The 10% extra Crit Dmg I've got is from the Cutthroat ring I'm using which with the set makes a base 20% up to 40% Crit Dmg with the Privateer bonuses.
As such i'm not sure if this is miswritten item text, a visual display error or an item bug
