connecting issue via nitrado

hi there i am trying to join my server which is being hosted by nitrado seen a few things hear and there tried some stuff but no succsess

also when trying to connect via ip etc it bounces me back to main screen no msg

for Nitrado related issues please reach out to Nitrado
(but you need to enable direct IP connection in Nitrado settings, jsut in case)

i presume you mean this

and then just enter the games ip etc in the main menue

after entering ip etc it just bounced me back to main menue after attempting to load no msg

can you check if you entered IP without the port to the IP adress, and port separately, as far as I know nitrado copy pastes you the entire thing, i've see some popel stumble on this

also you need to click "save settings" afte renambling this and restart your server

okey so the ip address should be enterd without the port at the end ?

so they reset some things and im currently waiting

i did note the ip address and port thing i tried it but no luck

however ill try again in 30mins

yes, it should be IP separate and port separate, two differnt fields
