Can't connect to server

I'm getting an error which i think is the problem of connecting to my server.
I host the server with 4netplayers and i'm not the only one having issues to connect.

i've been playing today without issues, and since of around 15:00 i can't connect. After some troubleshooting i see this log:

Error on BL P2P connecting. Error 'Failed to connect to remote'

after many attemts i'm connected to my server, but its slow as ***. When ever i click something i have to wait for like 2 or 3 seconds to open the box for example... somethimes even longer

I would suggest to use live chat with them if its still available. Usually they reply wuickly by it unless is to late hour and its no longer available for today

As it seems 4netplayers have some issues themself

I guess if that would be dev issue then there would be much more topics about it. I saw one post same pointing 4netplayers made like 30 min ago and i myself couldnt connect to my own like 15 min ago

connected with 4netplayers they say there is an issue connecting from there end to the backend servers of windrose...
They have no eta... and the direct IP connection should resolve it, but there own dev team is still testing this feature.

most likey your ISP added windrose.support to a black list. I would appreciate if you could sahre the name

thanks for the default FAQ but thats all being figured out and excluded from being the issue 😉

also i'm not hosting.. its with 4netplayers hosting provider... 😉

if they add direct IP conenction it should fix the issue for you, but meanwhile it looks like you can not reach windrose.support domain to get the handshake to connect to your server

and that could be the issue

in my case i have turned off my server for like 10-15 min (I think i saw somewhere one of the 4netplayers support that it should move ur server onto different machine thats why i let it off for longer). Started it and it connected me. Atelast if u have same issue that i had and its not just coincidence

i've already migrated it from germany to london... that dit not resolved it 🙁
