Monitor Display Setting Do Not Trigger Upon Launch of Game

When having multiple monitors the setting will show the correct Monitor selected but will be displaying on the Primary Display set to the players PC.

In Settings you can switch to another display, then switch back to the originally selected monitor, hit "Apply" and it will activate as expected.
