Rubber banding boarding ship combat when playing on a server

I notice this happens a lot when boarding ship on a server, however there is no rubber banding when fighting enemies on land. Also there is an issue with the lunging attack such as greatsword heavy attack that it goes to random direction instead where the camera is facing as well when doing combat on the ship. I think it has something to do with the fact that the ship is unstable as it moves with the waves around it since I don't have any rubber banding issue with land combat.

I am having the same issue when out sailing or boarding. Slight rubberbanding every 20 secs or so when on the water.
