#Stuck on loading screen, everytime I had to delete my save, is there a permanent fix?

I encountered the same problem. After playing on PC, I decided to play on rog ally and kept getting stuck on an endless loading screen. I can't even access my character. After rolling back my save and resynchronizing with the cloud, I can play the game once, and then the endless loading screen returns.

Do you know why this is happening? and will it be fixed?
We do see an issues that sometimes saves could get corrupted an it is more common when you play on several devices and use Steam Cloud to sync your saves between different machines. We do not know why this happens and currently investigating this. For now we recommend to disable Cloud Saves for Windrose while playing the game.
If your last session happened before Sunday the 19th and you now cannot load into the game, it is most likely that your save is corrupted and cannot be restored. But if you delete your save folder it should fix it for you.
HOW TO DELETE SAVES
Disable Steam Cloud saves.
Go to:

C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\

Delete SaveProfiles folder
On Sunday, April 19th we have released an update that backups your saves automatically every time the game or the server launches, so if you have played a session after Sunday 19th's update you have a save back up.
HOW TO RESTORE BACKUP FOR THE GAME CLIENT
Disable Steam Cloud saves.
Go to:

C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles%your_Steam_ID%_Backups

Select the latest backup (or any preferred one). Backups are named by date and time.

Copy all contents from this folder (it should contain one folder + AccountDescription.json).

Navigate to: C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles{your_Steam_ID}\RocksDB

Paste the copied files there (replace existing files if prompted).

Hello, I did everything said above, but no matter what backup save file I insert, it still causes the game to be infinitely stuck on loading screen before the main menu. Is there any other solution available?
P.S. If I remove the saved profiles folder completely and load in completely fresh it lets me in then
Remaking a brand new character seems to work
But this is unacceptable

All my backupfiles are not working
the game wont let me in main menu if I go with edited profile folder
meanwhile we suggesr to switch off steam cloud saves for windrose to avoid such issues
Cloud save or not, if all local saves are currupted then its not a cloud issue

we are very sorry that you have encountered this issue. we are working hard trying to figure our why this could be happening.
No matter if we create a thread . It supposed to be one thread for one problem so players can funnel in and not scrolling for hours trying to find useful info that can fix their issues
