Same problem with weapons that give a static critical hit chance.
Unlike items (cloth) and jewelry, talent and weapon stats are not added to the general stats, so it's not clear whether these stats actually affect anything.
#Critical strike chance in talents is not reflected in overall stats.

Alsow there is a problem with perfect block talent (12 % crit for 12 sec after perfect block). The buff is removed when character gets hit. Tooltip of talent doesn't explain that this way.
