Just as the title states. I defeated the boss at Foothills and gained the quest to go to the 3rd Biome and collected the tar. I have the Linen Fabric and Tar in my inventory but my Tanning Rack does not have the "Tarred Fabric" in order to craft it. A bug I am guessing? I am hosting on Nitrado.
