Not receiving the whistle

I completed the ancient artifact quest when I turned in the quest I had a full inventory so I never received the whistle I have went back to the location many times checking to see if it has fallen down on the ground and I never received it.

Thanks for the report! Unfortunately we can't help with this right now, but will look into it.

If you really want the whistle, you can create a new character, join your current world, use the gear and fast travel points you already have in the world to quickly finish this event again and then just transfer the whistle to your main character.

People in the JP chat are reporting the same issue with the boar whistle when in multiplayer however they've noticed the whistle would drop for some of them but not for everyone

If you finish the quest with full inventory, whistle gets dropped near your character and will disappear after server/world restart. We are aware of the issue and will look into it.
