iv not even been able to play since launch its there has been 2 updates and i still infinitely load when join a dedicated and my friends sever i have 9hrs play time and thats just the last 3/4 days trying to load in iv bought the game and a server and cant even play it. this is a joke now

Thanks for the report. Seems to be connectivity issue. Please check options from our FAQ - https://playwindrose.com/faq/
If you've tried Firewall/Antivirus disable/IPv6/DNS/port forwarding and nothing helps - try using cloudflare warp https://one.one.one.one/, a lot of players reported it helped them, so you may try that out.
Some ISP like Bezeq International Ltd, Ziggo, telnet, Xfinity, Spectrum, are blocking our servers, so disabling advanced security features provided by them might be good idea as well

If it still doesn't help, you can try Direct IP option in the menu. But it might require further setup, depending on your home network (NAT/port forwarding).
