Thanks for the report. Seems to be connectivity issue. Please check options from our FAQ - https://playwindrose.com/faq/
If you've tried Firewall/Antivirus disable/IPv6/DNS/port forwarding and nothing helps - try using cloudflare warp https://one.one.one.one/, a lot of players reported it helped them, so you may try that out.
Some ISP like Bezeq International Ltd, Ziggo, telnet, Xfinity, Spectrum, are blocking our servers, so disabling advanced security features provided by them might be good idea as well

If it still doesn't help, you can try Direct IP option in the menu. But it might require further setup, depending on your home network (NAT/port forwarding).

Generally - yes, if you don't need it for some reason. But thats related to game startup issue. If you can get in the menu and begin connection, you shoud try connection related solutions first.

Go to C folder or your system folder...user...local..app data and delete R5 folder if you first play on this game...if not just backup and download it....disable cloud save on stem and...play the game

Yes ... first i got to steam setting and go to cloud save and disable it....after that i find R5 folder and delete it...then i play windrose..and join to my friend's server ..its work

wait in the folder are your own savefiles.
If you delete it, you delete your own progress / saves aswel.
