#Tutorial Progression Bug – Sequence Break After Meeting Long Ben

I encountered a progression bug where my game state became stuck after meeting Long Ben before completing the tutorial quest. I don't see the quest Underground Network. It appears that skipping part of the tutorial sequence caused the quest flow to break, preventing proper progression.
