I had 80 Gunpowder and bullets and still couldnt use it on a boss, pretty frustrating

you see the screenshot I have gun powder and the gun , but wont load it, super frustrating, trying to use it on Richard, hes too overpowered im sorry, i do have skill in a video game lol
