I can't post a second image apparently but I have quests showing up on my map to pursue but the quest side panel is also blank. Library, challenges, and collections are all blank as well. I also can't interact with Discovery. I was playing exclusively on a Nitrado server so no mods or anything that caused it.

Just made a new character to see if anything was different, same issue. It's account wide?

Do you have mods ?
Did you clear your saves as well ?

Remove the mods and try again, but your character save might be already corrupte, so proceed with caution and at your own risk.

I wasn’t using any mods.
This happened without mods installed 😄
I was referencing the other guys post because it was the only issue matching mine and he referenced using mods
I was not however when this issue began. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, repaired files, no luck so it’s a different issue

This is what it was. I had vortex managing before I considered even adding a mod! Thank you so much! Removed and immediately fixed.
So you don't need mods enabled for it to behave in a weird way!
