If so try and use the Windows search feature or press win + r and type %appdata% and go back one tab and select local, then find R5 and delete the saved folder.

It will problably delete any worlds and or characters so backup before hand 🙏🏼

@iron kite i do that already many times but when i put backup on again the loading stuck 😪

Did you get far? Can you maybe try and use no cloud save, and do the thing where you delete the save folder, make a new character and a new world.
