Very simple. Download the world from Nitrado, and upload it to G-portal. Change the id of the world to the new one in the ServerDescription.json file.

did all that but when we try to run it it says failed

To export server files from Nitrado, stop your server and use an FTP client like WinSCP or FileZilla to connect using the FTP credentials found at the bottom of your server’s web interface. Navigate to folder:
R5/Saved/SaveProfiles/Default/RocksDB/0.10.0/Worlds and download the folder from there, that will be your world and world id.

Then in GPortal, stop the server, create a new folder with the same name of the folder you downloaded, in the same location (R5/Saved/SaveProfiles/Default/RocksDB/0.10.0/Worlds) and upload the files you downloaded from Nitrado.

Then edit R5/ServerDescription.json, and add the name of the new folder to "WorldIslandId" instead of the old one.

Then check the Basic Settings and adjust the settings there, set an invite code, and then start the server. Use the invite code to find your new server.
