Strange "Multiplayer" Loading Bug with CPU Load Spike

Normally i do play Offline/Solo and no problems so far with Loading the game. But i noticed when open a Server while loading, the CPU & CPU Fan got suddenly under Heavy Load, while still Loading the Save File

While i was loading, suddenly the CPU Load Spiked above 80% while loading and the CPU Fan run "Max".

What create this CPU Throttle to Full Throttle while on loading? Perhaps this explains also the "Stuck on Loading" Bugs here, too

Recreate (Possible): Start a Offline/Solo Game, (save) Exit the Game.
Start a Multiplayer Game and select the Multiplayer (2nd choise from above)
While loading the CPU suddenly spikes Higher and CPU Fan Kick in High Gear
