It's really hard to toell, are yo urunning your serever on linux? We are currently working on a linux native server app to avoid various complications connected to deploying win application in linux enviroment.
however thigns that yo uare describing sound like a corrupted save issue.
If your last session happened before Sunday the 19th and you now cannot load into the game, it is most likely that your save is corrupted and cannot be restored.
On Sunday, April 19th we have released an update that backups your saves automatically every time the game or the server launches, so if you have played a session after Sunday 19th's update you have a save back up.
HOW TO RESTORE BACKUP FOR THE DEDICATED SERVER
Shut down your dedicated server.
Go to:
- \R5\Saved\SaveProfiles\Default_Backups\
- Find the relevant backup folder. Backups are named by date and time.
- Copy the required files (folder + AccountDescription.json) from the chosen backup folder.
- Paste them into the corresponding RocksDB folder of the active save, replacing files if needed.
