Blackbeards's Ships Hull Blueprints

I received a set of blueprints from a buried chest in the Blackbeard Treasure map quest. When I selected 'learn' the blueprints, the Blueprints vanished like normal but the option to repaint my ships hull in new patterns never became available in the Warf>Customization menu.

Is this a known bug? / an unfinished system? / Or am I looking in the wrong place?

Thanks for the report! Right now Blackbeard customization can be seen and applied only to Blackbeart type ships.
