Sorry, but you need to contact your hosting provider for details. We aren't officially working with xlgames.pro, and have no idea how they manage the server hosting, how they implement updates or how they setup their network access.

You need to contact their support and request a proper troubleshooting for your server. You've mentioned server lagging and combat not working properly - so its the server problem. I can't even see Windrose in their available games list, so not sure if they even support our game properly.
