Hello! I have perhaps an interesting "bug".
Any time i open the game, it displays on Monitor 3 (see pic 2 for system settings screen cap). I have monitor 3 set as "Make this my main display" checked. I go into the game settings, and i change display to 1. It moves (or i hit win+shift+right arrow key to move it) to monitor 1. In game display setting says monitor 1, i want monitor 1, all is good. when i change the display in game, it does move from monitor to monitor. this is fine.
BUT. I close the game for the night. come back the next day (or restart the game, basically just when i close the game then when i open the game)...
Game opens on Monitor 3, in game settings say "Display [monitor] 1". it's not on Monitor 1, it's on Monitor 3.
It's possible this is a windows overriding settings issue, but on the chance it isnt, i wanted to make ya'll aware 🙂
