#Nitrado server stuck restarting loop even after update

My server restarts have exceeded an hour every day, today it took 2 hours. After completion it now continues to attempt to restart, completes very quickly, then restarts again.

I mentioned the errors appearing in my reboot logs on Friday when i contacted support due to the long reboot times. My concern was dismissed and no action taken.

Attempted to contact Nitrado support through chat and was disconnected from the chat service.

Disregard that last question. A colleague of mine mentioned they had restored a backup of your server and that it's now online!

When you have a moment. Could you please give that a try and make sure things are working for you? 🙂

Unfortunately, it looks like it was the last option to try to get the server back on. They had tried every other option first however, none of the other options were able to fix the issue and the server was still stuck in a restart loop. Apologies as I understand how frustrating it can be to lose that progress. However, it looks like my colleague had exhausted options and the only thing left in that case to try was that backup.

@Nitrado Alexis This was reset to Friday. On Friday I spoke with a Nitrado representative after very long reboots and I specifically told them about errors appearing in my logs (This was a live rep not the AI). Since by that time the server was online, my concern was dismissed and no action was taken. It appears to me if the Nitrado live support agent took my concerns seriously this could have been addressed at the source
