So, reach out to the guy that made the stacking mod? Since it's clearly not a vanilla issue. Devs even say to only report bugs without mods as they can't troubleshoot on that.

@nocturne plover but now in vanilla, without mods, the game is still crashing as it doesnt handle the currency not in inventory, and it just crashes

Sounds like the mod borked your save. I'd still reach out to the author of the mod in that case.
