While i upgraded my Sword on their proper Workbench. I got a sound, but no "Quest Progression".
Only when i equip the Sword, the Quest "saw it" (Progressed and i could move on.
I do not know if this is working as intended. i was expecting the progression when Upgrading it on the Workbench
