The textures for some parts seems to be based on the world xyz position meaning you end up in situations where you either rebuild your structure slightly higher/to the side or not use them due to them not alligning correctly

The texture for Wall (stone and timber) and pillar (mahogany) seems to be based on how high up the piece was placed (tried it on land nearby and got the same textures at approximately the same height)

Similar issue can be found on the floor (mahogany) which leads to the placed texture being of a different rotation from the preview
