I tried every fix on the site you provided but nothing worked even checked with internet provider and they are not blocking it, so dunno why i cant create my own game, now the new update i cant even see connection services

Then it seems to be connectivity/network issue.

If you've exhausted all options from faq and can't use VPN, then I guess using direct IP connection is your only way
