Does it happen on starting the game? or when you are trying to host a game> or join to a game?

he start the game then the loding screnn is like 15-20 min an then the main menu show nothig but the pink button
and we working like 2 days on this but nothing change

it does look like his save got corrupted. we do have an issues with save curruptions (especially when using several devices and steam cloud)
we have releasd an update today. taht creates saves backups
but since your friend's save was currupted a few days ago it woudn't help

any letters from non english aphabet that he uses in hte name of his PC User
