I have not been able to join my dedicated nitrado server.
When attempting to connect, it will go through the loading process, then kick to the main menu, or sometimes even to desktop(no pattern that i can recognize).
I run the usual troubleshooting: verify game files, update drivers, verify game and server are up to date, pc restart, etc etc.
Still cant get in.
Thanks for any help on the issue! Love the game in solo and excited to get into multiplayer 😄

There are 5 of us playing on a Nitrado server that are having this same issue currently.

I had not contacted nitrado yet as we were having connectivity issues even in co-op through self hosted sessions(non dedicated)

Seems to be connectivity issue. Please check options from our FAQ - https://playwindrose.com/faq/
If you've tried Firewall/Antivirus disable/IPv6/DNS/port forwarding and nothing helps - try using cloudflare warp https://one.one.one.one/, a lot of players reported it helped them, so you may try that out.
Some ISP like Bezeq International Ltd, Ziggo, telnet, Xfinity, Spectrum, are blocking our servers, so disabling advanced security features provided by them might be good idea as well
If it still doesn't help, you can try Direct IP option in the menu. But it might require further setup, depending on your home network (NAT/port forwarding).

Ive gone through those options core troubleshooting points. I just tired cloudflare on your reccomendation but no change.
My buddy and i were in a the paid service dedicated server, and we both got kicked. we swapped to him hosting, but the same lag and disconnect on both our ends.
I realize there isnt a ton you can do, but figured i would still update this thread.

I see. Lets try narrowing it down.
- Have you or your friend used ANY mods at any point? People make them sound safe, but they break A LOT of things right now.
- Can you play as a coop host in general? Like will the game kick you if you just start hosting?
- Does this issue persist, if you create new character?
- Do you have any problems if you're playing solo-offline?
