Hi, i can see there are some issues going on, my server updated just fine but just wont start, been 3 hours now trying to get it working, forced stopped it and started and still no luck after an hour of "restarting". Server ID ni9352260_99267 any help would be appreciated

Hi Elias, i was following the instructions of another support agent from another thread in this chat and downloaded the server map and reinstalled the server, i was just having difficulty re uploading the server as it kept deleting it

the reinstall seemed to fix the restart problem but i was on a fresh map

i dont know if im doing something wrong but i just cant seem to get the oldmap uploaded i can play it in single player fine but each time i upload it to the directry its overiden with a new one

Hello @ashen goblet, I'll be checking the server, it will take a bit the server is 3.15GB with ~37k files. Once I have any news, I'll let you know here or your Nitrado Support ticket, please only request support through one channel at a time to have everything in order.

I was only able to get the server by restoring the Server Backup from Apr 18, 2026, 10:48:32 AM Frankfurt, Germany time.
