Servers keep crashing when joining

Working for a GSP, we have multiple servers crashing when joining with direct IP, all with the same error. Log is attached. They were configured with invite code before, and were switched to direct IP, if this can help.

is it true for all servers taht you are trying to connect via direct IP, or just some?

all of them, except my test server that had an empty world when starting

i tried changing server name, persistent server id, with/without password, same error

can you please try to start the game one more time and see if you can generate new logs... these are not showing much

fyi, created a new server with direct ip, me and another player connected and did the intro.
we had to reboot the server, we were stuck in loading. after that, I could connect, but as soon as the other player joined, it crashed (seems like its the same error as before).

do you need server logs or game logs? or both

the ship intro is played offline you only connect to the server after you complete the intro

player 1 (Mitsue) could log in, then I try to log in at [2026.04.19-13.15.32:211], and server crashed
