Stuck in loading screen when trying to join Nitrado server

I can play fine in solo game or hosting a game but when I try to join my friend's Nitrado server, im just stuck in loading screen. Sometimes it push me back to main menu or the game crashed.
Please help.

can yo utry installing this app and see if it helps you? your ISP could be blocking some vital resources that we use to help players connect. it helped alot of players. Please let me know!

varisou internet server providers might have apps or web sites where you can enable \ disable additional security measures - it is a common cause for many players why they can not connect. connection breaaks somewhere on that level

Please mention the userID number so we can take a look into the server

the server owner is my cousin, but this is the userID number, 7322788

I have made a change to the server that could help you to join

If the same behavior persists it is possible that the issue relies in your connection to the server.

i have never encounter problem playing any online game

i just tried again, either im stuck in loading screen & push back to main menu or the game just crashed

We could also try changing the location of the server to a different datacenter, should you still find issues after performing all recommended steps from the FAQ, however, that would require the server owner to submit a support ticket from the account where the service was purchased from.

@hazy kayak apparently its my ISP blocking telnet. So I turn it on on Windows Feature but the port 3478 is closed for me.
But I use Cloudflare 1111 to try login & I manage to join the server, FINALLY!

Thank you so much, wish I've found this FAQ page earlier, spent whole day & night trying to figure out myself but failed.

1 more question, will it be fine in the long run if i just use Cloudflare 1111 or I must resolve the ISP blocking & open the port?
