So i left my ''infinite loading screen'' going for a bit and now i get this one i cant do anything but quit. will there be a fix coming for this as well cause im a bit discouraged to start anew for the 3rd time if theres no ability to get my old saves back. its especially tough because it comes at different times of a save, the first one was after 15 hrs and the second after 10hrs, one with steam cloud saves and one without.

Just to clarify - you corrupted your save second time with cloud saves turned off?
Can you please give me a bit more details on how you were playing so I can try to better understand what could;'ve went wrong

hey! yeah ive played the 2nd save with cloud save off and to my knowledge didnt do anyhting strange, both times it came sort of unexpected, the first time was i think after playing three days on the save (saving closing the game and restarting that sort of thing), i looked at what was available in terms of troubleshooting affter the first time and it recommended me to play without cloud save which i did in the second playthrough. it was around the same point in the MSQ but not the same spot, in my first save i was a bit further story wise but the second i was further side quest wise. but around the time i had to go to tortuga.
the first save was right after i had been there and the second right before i went there.
i havent played with anything different apart from sound settings that i tweaked to my liking but nothing changed graphically. same pacing throughout playing, no issues whatsoever. both times i was able to save in the beginning and reconnect after going to bed etc. just the time before the corruption was different. the first playthrough was a bit further along.

the picture i sent was after todays update though so it felt like it was moving a bit further along, instead of endlessly loading it gave me the screen after about 15-20 minutes of laoding but i couldnt do anything with it as you can see. just close it. after seeing this screen i had even turned cloud save back on to see if it would do anything different but it didnt do much else. i thought the file was corrupted anyways so might as well try.
the first time it worked again after deleting the saveProfiles from the R5 map but i havent tried it this time around yet in hopes a fix might come around

if its any help i can back up the save profile, delete it and make a new char, and go till i possibly encounter it again. but without going to cloud after, i love the game so its not too much of a hassle to do it again, yall have been on top of things which i appreciate greatly! i just hope it can get fixed! ❤️ thanks for trying!
