In multiplayer while playing with my friend and when I die in game.
The game shows my graveyard
In this case if I pick it up the icon disappears
But if by mistake my friend picks it up
It still shows the place I died
And never goes away

try right clicking the marker on your map, thats how you manually remove it.

No that is a bug for sure, so good that you reported it. But i guess a solution for now at least 😋

Your death marker is getting auto-removed when you pick up your post-mortem container. The marker doesnt go if your teammate picks up your stuff.
One of the ideas behind the death marker is to point out what you've been doing and where you were before you die - so you will have an easier time getting back there and punishing those who caused it!
