I will try a specific method to see it that can get the server up and running its gonna take a moment since i need to download and upload your world

Since the download is very slow for me, I will rename the root folder and reinstall
It will keep all the files in the renamed folder and make a new one so we can get it up and running

Then I will move the world to it to see how it fares

Trying something else before this, just the world download is a tad slow since its far away from me.

Are you able to download your world by any chance?
Since im far away from it so it would take a long while

Of course so you will need an FTP client its a program that is like a file explorer but serves as a connection between you and the server

#

So either download winscp or filezilla

Great, once its downloaded and installed go to your web-interface dashboard and in the ftp access data there is a quick connect button

#

right click on it and press copy link address

#

Then you open up winscp and click on the hostname space and press ctrl + v

And then login, it will connect you to your server and once there go through the folders to find your world
It will be a long named folder with a lot of capital letters and numbers

And just drag and drop it to the left side which is your pc

now once the reinstall is issued it will create a new server and then you can upload your save file again to it

Now go inside the same directory in the server and delete the world it has just created and move the working one from your PC after that

A backup happens every 24 hour

#

If youre worried about your world you can back it up like you just did today by downloading the world
