It's been stuck in a restart loop for 12 hours now, I have a community of over 50 members waiting.

I've tried to stop the server and restore a backup from before the issue, Tried force stopping and force starting it. Tried being patient, Tried waiting for support for 3 hours via the website. Getting nowhere

Since I am downloading the world and its a tad slow can you try downloading it via ftp?

So the plan was to download it load it in sp, reinstall the server and then upload the world

It worked for a client before so might try this method

I downloaded it and moved it to the saves directory, when I try to load into that save It isntanly kicks me back to the menu

Thats a bummer, can you try loading a different backup and downloading it again to see which one will load?
sorry for using you like this, its the fastest way

Do you think it may be an issue with how much is going on in the world? I've had people fighting to get in the past 2 days as I have 60+ people in the server and maybe Windrose itself just cannot handle the amount going on?
