Name's in the title my server has just been looping for about an hour now i cant even stop it or force stop it.

i managed to force stop it and now its just restarted itself and in a loop again? so confused

i managed to stop it currently and havent not tried to start it back up due to everyone else having the same issue but i appreciate any help you can give

the few times i did it just went right back into its restart loop
