Launching the game causes a system reboot with error 0xEF
Hello, when launching the game, the computer restarts with error 0xEF. I’ve tried everything. If it helps, I’ve attached the screenshot of the error.

The stop code is about a system process and is related to unstable hardware or a corrupted Windows installation.

Not enough info in the log, ends too early. Can you archive your whole C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\R5
folder and send it?

It's not related to the game, reinstalling it won't help you.

The critical process that died is a kernel module (system service or a driver).

I understand this and have been looking for a solution, but for some reason, the system is giving this error on Windrose, and it hasn't happened with any other application. Of course, I can't deny that there might be a problem with the driver or the kernel itself, but I just recently updated all the drivers.

If it's not a game issue, but a system issue, I only have one solution: format everything and reinstall Windows.

The problem is caused by an incorrect file (at least according to what I read online about an incorrect file weight)

Thanks, we'll look into it. Do you use any software that modifies your hardware performance? Any overclocking, underclocking, PBO, ryzen master - anything remotely similar?

Formatting and installing Windows 10 helped, so it's likely that either my PC had a problem or there was some incompatibility with Windows 11.
