I hired Rosalinda Mercer. No problems assigning her to station. The clay bottle bonus is working. I crafted 100 healing potions, 5 at a time (so 20 button presses). I got zero extra elixirs. I know it's only a 30% chance, but I figured at least one of those should have hit.

Thanks for the report! Currently she only affects Elixirs, as it says in her description. Those are different kind of potions
